Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.<\/p>\n
Once a digital download has been accessed or delivered, refunds cannot normally be provided unless required by UK consumer law.<\/p>\n

5. LIFETIME ACCESS<\/p>\n
Where lifetime access is stated, this refers to the lifetime of the product while it remains available within Harmony Coaching Ltd.<\/p>\n
Should a product be retired or replaced in the future, we reserve the right to discontinue access.<\/p>\n
6. COACHING SERVICES<\/p>\n
Where coaching sessions are purchased, appointment dates will be arranged between you and Harmony Coaching Ltd.<\/p>\n
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.<\/p>\n
Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may not be refundable.<\/p>\n
7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER<\/p>\n
Our products and coaching are designed to support personal development, clarity and confidence.<\/p>\n
Individual results will always vary depending on personal circumstances, commitment and implementation.<\/p>\n
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.<\/p>\n
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/p>\n
Harmony Coaching Ltd accepts no responsibility for decisions or actions taken as a result of using our products or coaching.<\/p>\n
Nothing provided should be considered legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.<\/p>\n
