2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our digital products include downloadable workbooks, guides, quizzes and other educational resources.
Once payment has been successfully processed, access will be provided immediately or via email.
3. PERSONAL USE ONLY
All products are licensed for personal use only.
You may not:
• Copy or reproduce any content.
• Share, forward or distribute digital products.
• Resell or modify any materials.
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
All intellectual property remains the property of Harmony Coaching Ltd.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital download has been accessed or delivered, refunds cannot normally be provided unless required by UK consumer law.

5. LIFETIME ACCESS
Where lifetime access is stated, this refers to the lifetime of the product while it remains available within Harmony Coaching Ltd.
Should a product be retired or replaced in the future, we reserve the right to discontinue access.
6. COACHING SERVICES
Where coaching sessions are purchased, appointment dates will be arranged between you and Harmony Coaching Ltd.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may not be refundable.
7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Our products and coaching are designed to support personal development, clarity and confidence.
Individual results will always vary depending on personal circumstances, commitment and implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Harmony Coaching Ltd accepts no responsibility for decisions or actions taken as a result of using our products or coaching.
Nothing provided should be considered legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.
If you require specialist support, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
